This notice applies to the Nuvexis website, client workspaces, services, and approved website connections, including the managed Concierge.

How we use it
To deliver contracted work, connect and operate approved systems, answer and qualify enquiries, complete requested actions, protect the service, measure results, recover failures, and improve the client experience.
Connected services
Nuvexis uses approved infrastructure and may connect website, identity, database, storage, AI, email, calendar, CRM, analytics, and other providers only as needed for the authorized service. Each provider also applies its own terms and privacy practices.
AI and business knowledge
Approved business material may be processed to deliver the service. Nuvexis does not sell client or visitor information and does not use private client content to train public AI models.
Security and access
Access is limited by organization, role, purpose, and approved connection. Provider credentials are kept in protected credential storage. Nuvexis records material actions and can pause or withdraw a connection when safety or authority is uncertain.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only for the service, legal, security, recovery, and agreed record-keeping needs. A client may request access, correction, export, deletion, or disconnection, subject to lawful retention requirements.
